The New Girl In Town.

This girl, right here is my new inspritation to live.
She's 13 years old and blogs about the most amazing things.
Her style is impeccable and she's got such a positive attitude.
I heard about her before but hadn't checked out her blog until yesterday.
I remember when I was 13 I used to dress in old, thrifted clothes, mismatched prints, layers, I used to paint my sneakers and wear these old/worn looking Steve Madden shoes my mom got for me on South St.
I used to make my own jewelry and wore crazy make-up.
I was very much pro-DIY. I still am, but I never have time anymore.
It's like I swallow my creativity.

1 Year Anniversary.

My very first post was August 12th of last year.
When looking at my life documented with photographs and pointless stories, things seem much more eventful.
If there's one thing I've learned in the 3 1/2 years that I've been living in New York city - aside from the fact that most people are insincere - is that you can't let opportunities pass you by. You're rarely presented with the same one twice.
